Global campaigns included the award-winning launch of Botlr (the world's first robotic butler); the creation of the world's first-ever, Emoji-only room service menu; and a partnership with Apple to pilot Siri-powered rooms. Coverage included features in The New York Times and Fast Company as well as pop culture mentions on The Today Show and Late Night with Seth Meyers.
